1.1 Background
Today, there are many pressures in human life. Pressures of work, school, family, and having too much pressure will make people stress. For many people, living with stress is a way of life, now. Melinda Smith, Robert Segal, and Jeanne Segal (2014) argue that stress is normal physical response which occurs when people danger, feel threatened or lose the balance – whether it’s real or imagined. This reason is the body’s way of protecting people. In the short time and with small dose, stress helps people concentrated, energetic, face with challenges, warn and also giving extra strength in emergence. However, exceeding a certain point, stress becomes harmful and dangerous to health, mood, relationships and quality of life. Furthermore, according to Bernard Seal (1998) stress can cause the illness not only direct ways but on also mediate ways. Beyond a certain unit, stress makes people more sensitive to be illness and heart diseases, the body’s immune system tend to decrease the diseases – fighting effectiveness, so people are be illness easier. Also, stress brings illness in indirect ways by impact people’s mood and behaviors. This is because while people under stress, they may be change the daily habit that lead to dangerous to their health. Moreover, stress can cause physical pains or aches, but in this case people often think that they “sick” and use medicine to solve.
Through the time, instead of dealing the stressful situations, they really fall sick. For all the result above, it is necessary to notice when stress is overcharge. In general, the signs and symptoms of overload stress can be anything because everybody goes through stress differently, and depending on many factor, each person can suffer stress with different level, but it can classify stress’s symptoms to four form that are emotional symptoms, cognitive symptoms, physical symptoms, and behavioral symptoms. In addition, there are many factors impact, and cause stress for human in modern life. Melinda Smith, Robert Segal, and Jeanne Segal (2014) indicated five ones that influence people’s stress tolerance level which are the support network, the sense of control, attitude and outlook, the ability to deal with emotions, and the knowledge and preparation. These five factors can improve the capacious endurance of stress or make stress serious. Moreover, stress may be caused by external factors or can also be self-generated. The external causes due to outside factors effect while internal causes due to the ways people thinking, worry, optimistic or pessimistic. With student, stress is also popular disease in studying.
The Essay on People often complain about life in the U.S.
People complain when most of their needs are not met. The irony of it lies when complaints are just piled up without any further insights on how to solve such problems. In the long run, complaints become a part of the lifestyle of people who are good at pointing at the loopholes most especially of the government, and of the leaders. As there would always be a reason for every action that is done, ...
James Archer (2003) argue that although the college experience can be idealized by parents and teachers, it is fact that this period is stressful and frustrating with student who are attending in college because of the competition for grades, relationships, career choice, and many other troubles of the college environment. Also, four primary sources of stress are the environment, physiological conditions, thoughts, and social stressors. Whether stress creates too bad effect to people or not, it can become disadvantage, so it is necessary to solve and reduce stress in life. “Managing stress is all about taking charge: taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions, your schedule, your environment, and the way you deal with problems” (Melinda Smith, Robert Segal, and Jeanne Segal, 2014) and people can cope with the symptoms of stress by strengthening their physical health with four ways that are setting aside relaxation time, exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep.

CHAPTER 3: RECOMMENDATIONS
With many trouble and bad effect which stress brings to student, it is necessity to find the ways which help student avoid stress. According to the reasons cause stress in the survey, I want to give some suggestion and recommendation that student can try to use to reduce stress in studying. First of all, it is late for deadline. In order to avoid finishing the work after deadline, students should separate the work to many small parts and make out a schedule about exactly what they should finish day by day until before deadline. Then, they should finish the work for each day first, after that, they can spend the rest time to relax, play or do the work for next day if they want. For the result, through the day until deadline, they can finish all work before deadline although they still have time for their hobby and relax and don’t have to worry about deadline, work. The sooner they finish job, the more time they have for their hobby, relax and play. Secondly, with “curriculum is too difficult”, “failing the exam”, “the lower score” and “having too much home work”. All of this reason can solve by the way they better in studying, and hard working.
However, studying is usually boring, tiring and student usually loses enthusiasm with it. As the result, if student have the tutors which are their friends, studying will become more exciting. When student learning with friends, they can share opinions and fix the wrong on work, give advices and help together. So, learning in groups can help student finish home work, and learn better. Thirdly, with students who are too lazy, they should find a person who can affect strongly with them and depend on these people for motivate and warn them about studying. If not, student should list a list of result which cause by laziness, so it can remind student about the bad impact of laziness and they might hard working. Finally, always remember that the strongest supporting network is friends and family, so when students have troubles in studying, although they are private problems or family problems, it is necessity to share their felling with family and friends and ask them advices. This is better than they do anything alone.
CHAPTER 4: CONCLUSION
In studying, stress is the most popular disease with students. There are many reason and cause of stress, and according to the result of survey, some of typical reasons which bring stress to students are late for deadline, curriculum is too difficult, fail the exams or the lower scores. Also, almost of students are affected badly by stress, almost of asked students claim that stress make them difficult to concentrate on studying or feel do not want to learn anymore, but some have the heavier levels which are reducing the health or their school result decline. For the result, people should know more about stress and have solution for it. According to the survey, some of typical signs and symptoms of stress are difficulty concentrating, fatigue, lack of energy, general restlessness, memory problem, negative attitudes or thought and confusion. In addition, almost students who are asked said that they are be suffered by others pains and diseases such as light headedness or dizziness, frequent headache, diarrhea or constipation, and painful joint. These pains and diseases are not only the symptoms but also the effect of stress cause students.
For all of reason above, finding the solutions for stress is very important. Each person has the different solutions and some of typical methods are sleeping enough, chatting with friend, listening to music, watching TV and films, taking a shower and shopping. Sometime, students also let it be, and think that following the time, stress will be gone. Besides, there are some of other solutions such as cooking, and doing exercise, these solutions are not popular but people can try. If the stress become out of control, people should have an appointment with psychological doctor. Moreover, according to the people who are not suffered the stress in studying, almost their advices are always optimistic and cheerful. Some said that joining Yoga and doing exercise regularly also good solutions. Finally, the researchers who research stress in students of college advices that student should develop a balanced lifestyle and have healthy habits such as doing exercises regularly, eating a healthy diet, sleeping enough. Also, joining in a course or learn about specific relaxation technique such as Yoga is a good way to reduce stress. Furthermore, having a positive outlook, leaving out of the narrow views, always enthusiasm and know exactly goal and purpose in studying also help student avoid stress.
