Implementation Plan Operating Issues Outsource support staff – It is recommended that support staff not be outsourced to OS. FAC’s current staff is dedicated to the cause, and there is low staff turnover, this would be undermined by outsourcing support functions. Ethical issues related to vehicle donation – The vehicles will be recognized at fair value according to FACs accounting policies.
Taylor should be educated on FAC’s accounting policies, and potentially let go if it is discovered he was trying to defraud CIDA.
