The NeuroTran software is used to translate web pages, e-mail, faxes, memos, manuals reports, spreadsheets, correspondences, letters and foreign language. Outlining software is used to create outlines electronically. It also makes it possible to format headings and subheadings automatically. Professional page layout software is used for combining text and graphics in a document. These softwares save time in document creation and improve appearance of documents.

It understands the subject and the objects then uses this information to translate the concepts and arranges them in a particular word order (Neuro Tran Example translation 2009) Outlining software Outlining software create outlines electronically. This is done through word processors such as Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, PowerPoint, etc. The results of word processing are used in performing electronic outlining. Word processing can bring obscured documents back to a useful state (Jonathan, 2003).
Electronic outlining arranges items hierarchically and ensures that the sequence is relevant.
It shows the arrangement of headings and subheadings. It allows navigation through the document through dragging without cutting and pasting. There are a variety of automatic styles for each outline available in this software (Jonathan, 2003).
Professional page layout software Professional page layout is an electronic publishing software. It assists in artistic layout or creation of short documents that combine text and graphics. It requires a page layout tool that provides typographic control of graphic capabilities.
The software is applied to adverts, brochures, newsletters, posters business cards etc (Jacci, 2009) Conclusion The increase in document software usage has led to an improvement of appearance of documents. A document can nowadays be formatted precisely as desired. This has reduced time taken in developing documents. It has also helped in maintaining the desired quality in documents.
