Dangerous Sex Offenders Should be Locked for Life (1) There can be no doubt as to the fact that sexual offenders pose clear and immediate danger to societys well-being. At the same time, the criminal act, on the part of these offenders is often being regarded as redeemable. As a result, people that are known to have unhealthy sexual obsessions are being released from jail as corrected members of society, after having served their time in jail. When this happens, the members of local communities, where sexual offenders reside, often decide to expose the past of these people, in order for them to feel uncomfortable and to eventually move out to other areas, so that they would become someone elses problem. Thus, the public controversy often arises, because the system of legal justice in America is based on assumption that former criminals are capable of correcting their ways and becoming productive members of society. However, as practice shows, it is only the matter of time, before former sexual offenders strike again, after being released from prison.
Thus, there is obvious inconsistency between the legal notions in this country and the objective reality, in regards to the issue of sexual offence. The reason for this appears to be quite obvious sexual offenders behavioral mode is rather biologically then environmentally motivated. They are being driven by their animalistic instincts, while committing crime, without being able to rationalize the practical consequences of their behavior. In short the majority of sexual offenders are being programmed to act in the way they do on genetic level. This is why they cannot be reeducated, in classical sense of this word. We can only talk of secluding sexual offenders from the rest of society and sterilizing them, as the best possible way of addressing the issue.
The Essay on To what extent does the law balance out the rights of the victims, offenders and society in the criminal investigation process?
The role of the criminal investigation process is to balance the rights of the victims and offenders in society. All individuals’ wether victim, offender or member of society have basic rights to which the law attempts to adhere to. While all are individual, the rights will differ for the purpose of maintaining a balance in society. Though upholding the rights of the people is essential in order ...
However, since we live in time when the science of eugenics is now being referred to as fascist and when sexual offenders are often being able to get away with their crimes, because their lawyers were able to describe these crimes as the part of celebrating ethnic identify, on the part of defendants, it is highly unlikely that the number of sexual perverts in this country is going to decrease in the future. In this paper, we will analyze the issue of sexual crime, within a context of local settings, in order to be able to get a better understanding as to how the issue of sexual offence can be dealt with in most effective way. (2) In her article Successful Transitions from Institutions to Community: Reentry and the Washington State sex offender Treatment Program, Anmarie Aylward provides us with the insight on the fact that in Washington state, as well as in the rest of the country, criminal laws are not being fully adjusted to address the issue of sexual crime: Washington has more than 20,000 registered sex and kidnapping offenders. Less than 16 percent of those registered offenders are under the supervision of the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) in the community State and federal laws are clear: once offenders have completed their sentences, they must be released. It is not a question of whether they are released but, rather, when and how There is no single responsible entity at federal, state or local level charged with assuring that offenders are safely integrated into the community. It is the responsibility of many different systems within the larger community (Aylward, p. 76).

In other words it is really nobodys responsibility of insuring that released sexual offenders will never cause anymore harm to anybody. Liberal politicians who succeeded in initiating the process of America turning into Third World country, by their promotion of the multiculturalism, are simply incapable of admitting a truth the majority of sexual offenders cannot be cured and reintegrated into society, because they can hardly be referred to as people, but rather as monsters. However, admitting this fact would deprive Liberal worldview of its validity and the hawks of political correctness can never do that, which is why they strive to adjust the surrounding reality to their obscure socio-political doctrines and not the other way around. As result, we have the whole armies of useless psychologists, who are being paid as much as $100 an hour for simply yapping away, while providing counseling to sexual offenders. In the article, from which we have already quoted, author mentions a variety of social reintegration methods under Washington States Twin Rivers Sex Offender Treatment Program, which are meant to be applied, within a context of making sexual offenders to reconsider their behavior: The participants (offenders) receive focused presentations that are specific to treatment goals, community notification, transition issues and victim advocacy The unstated goal is to encourage ongoing communication and learning for the offenders support-group members (Aywalrd, p. 82).
However, Aywalrd fails to understand that utilization of psychological approach, within of context of dealing with potential danger to society, posed by known sexual offenders, cannot bring any dividends in principle. This is because sexual deviation is one among many ways, in which individuals existential inadequateness expresses itself. In her book Sex Offenders and Self-Control : Explaining Sexual Violence, Shawna Cleary suggests that the majority of sexual offences often come hand in hand with other crimes: I also projected that the sex offender samples would have histories not only of sexual assaults, but also misdemeanours and felonies, as well as non-violent and violent crimes. The findings showed a full support for my hypothesis (Cleary, p. 81).
Thus, we can conclude that the act of sexual offence, on the part of every particular individual, indicates the fact that socially responsible type of behaviour is utterly alien to him.

Therefore, the abuse of norms of conventional morality is a natural form of existence to such person. The reason why members of many communities, throughout America, feel themselves being exposed to danger is that they are being rarely given any information from authorities, in regards to the identity of sexual offenders who live in their neighbourhood. As practice shows, once former abusers realize that their identity remains well hidden, they indulge into committing sexual crimes again. In her article Sex Offenders: A Compromise on Naming Names, Kimberly Conniff provides us with the example of such crime, which took place in 2000 in Washington State, simply because authorities had failed to inform residents of Mason County about that fact that the former sexual offender lived in their midst, after being released from prison: In late February, fifteen-year-old Jennie Osborn was raped and murdered in Mason County, Washington. When a repeat sex offender named Joseph Rosenow was charged with the crime, the community and the Osborn family were appalled. They had no idea that a convicted rapist lived in their midst (Conniff, p. 13).
Washington is only the state, where Megans Law of 1996, which requires newspapers to place sex-offender notification statutes, is being enacted fully. However, as practice shows, not many newspapers editors are even aware of what this law stands for. Those who do know, often choose to pretend they do not, simply because they believe that it is wrong accusing someone of a crime he is about to commit in the future. This again shows that American legal system often operates with outdated concepts of justice, especially when it comes to addressing the issue of sexual offence. Biologists are well aware of the fact that it is genetics that define ones behaviour to as much as 85%. They also know that biologically predetermined anti-social behaviour is not something that needs to be discussed in close support groups, as the way to improve it. They fully understand that sexually abusive behaviour derives out of persons inability to keep his own animalistic urges under control, simply because such person is existentially closer to animals then to humans.

This is why appealing to his rationale, in order to make him to reconsider its behaviour, appears to be utterly ineffective. There is only one way of preventing dangerous sexual offenders from striking again locking them up in mental institutions, after having subjected them to lobotomy and forced sterilization. Society can only be indirectly blamed for the emergence of sexual maniacs. This is because, in Western countries, governments proceed with counterproductive practice of enforcing Liberal values and multiculturalism upon citizens. When biological integrity of a particular nation is being undermined by racial mixing and by propaganda of sensual indulgence, as the normal type of behaviour, it is only the matter of time before the lives of more and more people will become affected by mental inadequacy. For example, in racially homogeneous countries, such as Island, Ukraine or Poland, it is perfectly safe for the parents to leave their children playing unattended in public parks. In America, if parent leaves an unattended child in public place, for even as little as one minute, the chances are that this kid is going to be sexually abused, within a matter of an instant.
Thus, we can say that it is our own politicians who create social preconditions for the number of sexual perverts, who might pose a danger to society, to continuously increase. However, given the fact that American society is beyond the point of recovery, in demographical sense of this word, it appears that keeping repeated sexual offenders in jails and mental institutions is only the most logical way of addressing the issue, even though that it can never be fully effective, because it is concerned with consequences rather then with initial causes of the problem. In her article Is Locking em up the Answer?, Karin Fisher is making a good point when she suggests that: If you put enough people behind bars for a long enough time, there will be fewer people left roaming free to commit crimes. Whats more, crime is primarily a young persons vocation, and the longer sentences now in vogue may keep potential repeat offenders out of commission during their prime-crime years (Fisher, p. 32).

Americas jail population is the largest in the world, it accounts for 2 million people twice more then it is in China.
However, the bulk of sexual offenders is being kept in psychiatric clinics, from where they often being released, after having spent enough time, while talking about social injustices time in close support groups. Then, they settle down among unsuspecting citizens and begin looking for the next victim. Given the fact that U.S. penal system is dealing with too many issues, as it is, it would make so much more sense to simply put repeated sexual offenders asleep, with their relatives being told that they have died of natural causes. By doing it, authorities would also be able to prevent many potential maniacs from being given birth in the future. It is a truth that our society is not quite ready for the drastic measures to be taken against sexual perverts, especially given the fact that homosexualism is now being openly promoted by teachers in public schools, as the way to celebrate sexual diversity.
However, since there has been no effective psychological cure found to deal with peoples existential inadequacy, the focus of public attention needs to be shifted from creating preconditions for the sexual offenders to be able to reintegrate into society, to preventing our society from loosing the remains of its inner integrity.

The Essay on Gender Selection Pre Sex Society
However, there still exist concerns associated with sex pre-determination. Among them are possible sex ratio imbalances in the future, psychological harm to sex-selected offspring (i. e. , by placing on them too high expectations), increased marital conflict over sex selective decisions, and reinforcement of gender bias in society as a whole. (British Medical Association, 1998) What will happen if ...
