We were supposed to work out with the Need & Requirement of High End Security Solutioion in Public & Private Firms. We have surveyed categories likewise Oil Sector, Power , Gas sector, Police , Defense, Ports, Power Plants, Govt. Buildings, Indtries and Four Star Above Hotel We have to check whether there is any requirement in the segmented firm and the response of the client towards the changing scenario of High End Security Solutions in the market, if the response is in favor the demonstration of the product can be given if its is possible like in CCTV and if the demonstration cannot be given at site for crash rated products then details of the System shall be given to the prospect client and if the requirement gets positive the quote have to be made according to the need and site. Clear passage width: Height of pole above ground: Product Description The crash rated barrier TC-HDB/HYD is designed to withstand static impact loads of 350 kN. Barrier Pole: Heavy-duty steel section profile according to statical requirements. Pole Support: 2 nos. steel rest posts with pole lead-in, side support and rubber buffer (one rest post near barrier stand casing).
The rest posts are also acting as impact resistance in case of violent attacks while barrier pole is in closed position. Pole Stand Casing and Pole Stand: All sides closed steel casing with detachable cladding. Side guiding for barrier pole which is bolted to a wishbone-mounting pivoting on ball bearings. The bottom part of the casing consists of the base plate with an opening for cable conduits and bores for the anchor bolts. Roller bearings of barrier pole equipped with life lubrication. Product Description: Tyre-Killer with separate electro-hydraulic drive unit – consisting of an underground casing and heavy duty steel spikes determined to destroy tyres, suspension and axles of a vehicle in case of unauthorized intrusion. The underground casing consists of an all around closed sheet steel casing with concrete anchors. Within the casing the bearings for the hydraulic cylinders and the spikes are installed. The upper cover includes slits which are covered while the blocking spikes are in raised position. This prevents dust etc. to fall into the underground casing and keeps it clean. The solid blocking spikes are welded to the solid rotation axis in a distance of approx. 200 mm to each other. The axis is connected with the hydraulic cylinder via a lever system. The top of the casing is equipped with a cover which allows passage of even the heaviest vehicles. It is designed to withstand a wheel load of 100 kN, according to DIN 1072. The blocking spikes element is electro-hydraulically operated with an electric motor of adequate size (230/400 V, 50/60 Hz 3-phase current).
