Positions in Hospitals
The extensive decree of the hospital is determined by the Board of Directors, which is also called the Governing Board or the Board of Trustees. Other responsibilities of the Board of Directors include the vision of the hospital, goals and objectives, the quality of patient care, and the mission. The job duties of the CEO are very similar to that of the Board of Directors, while the CEO is responsible for implementing the mission.
