Makes it possible for the disabled to be able to purchase homes and have a stable environment to call home, which is life changing so they have the opportunity to live the dream of owning their own home and at a price they can afford, just like everyone else.
When buying a home I would say that buying is best when interest rates are at their lowest because that would be the buyer’s market and that would be the time when getting into any home would be the easiest.
