William Shakespeare was not just a play writer but also a poet and actor. All of these accomplishment without ever attending a college or university. His early life was at Stratford on Avon and he was educated at a free gram er school in Stratford. Treated well by his father and mother who was middle class. Grown to have marriages, kids, and become one of history’s best play writers. Stratford on Avon at a time of William Shakespeare’s birth was a village of about two thousand inhabitants.
Stratford on Avon is about eighty miles away from London. William Shakespeares year of birth was 1564. He was baptized the twenty-six ed of April. William was the third child to be born. He had twin sisters who were elder but died at infancy. The name Shakespeare appears to have been common in the west midlands.
William Shakespeare left his family about four years after his marriage to Anna Hathaway at the age of eighteen, and came to London for better family fortunes. At this time London had gone prosperous under the reign. Shakespeare hoped upward Stratford could have held little for him now that his father’s enterprises had faded. When William was about thirteen years old his father took him out of school and put him to work so he can help the family who got onto some financial difficulties. William Shakespeare has never been proven to have attended a college or a university. His mentality and work has been proven to be a solid education (“William”, 2).
John Shakespeare is father of William Shakespeare who is a resident of Stratford. He is reported at one time a farmer doing business in meat. William’s father also did business in hides.
William Shakespeare’s mother is Mary Arden and also John Shakespeare’s first love. For your heiress Mary brought into the family a house and about fifty acres of land (William”, 1).
John and Mary Shakespeare were known to have a total of eight children. John and Mary eventually got married. John was a “Prosperous Gentleman” or at any rate a prosperous man of business. When William Shakespeare was about four his father John Shakespeare became mayor of the town.
His father also occupied other positions in the community. In the year 1601 father of William Shakespeare John Shakespeare pasted on (“William”, 3).
His widow Mary Shakespeare lived until 1608 when she pasted on also. In 1582 the license for the marriage of William Shakespeare and Anna Hathaway was entered into the town records. Three children were born to them, Susanna who was the eldest, and twins, who were Hamnet and Judith. Hamnet lived for only eleven years.

There is ground however for believing that William leaving his family at Stratford. On the twenty-sixth of May 1583, Shakespeare’s eldest daughter Susanna was baptized in Stratford. In 1607 Susanna married a physician named John Hall and went to go live at New Place. The mother remained the rest of her life (“William”, 3).
By the early 1590’s Shakespeare was firmly established in the theater. In 1599 the family was granted a coat of arms. At the same time his financial status was improving. Shakespeare wasn’t the wealthiest man in London compared to there standards but it was enough to buy him a house and retire in 1611. William Shakespeare is particularly one of the most striking poets that sets it apart from med evil drama (“Bergeron”, 12).
Many people have crit ized Shakespeare because of the way he mixed comedy w 2 it tragedy and for corrupting the language. Some William Shakespeares famous works were Julius Caesar, Macbeth, Othello, Hamlet, Anthony and Cleopatra. Total works were 366 plays, 154 sonnets, and two epic narrative poems. During the last eight years of his life he only wrote four poems. Henry the eight, The Tempest, Cymbeline, and The Winter Tale were the four. Henry the eight was William Shakespeare’s last play and it was written in 1613.
At this time he bought a house in Black Friars district in London. Three or four years before his death he made Stratford his home again. He made his will early in 1616. About this time his daughter Judith married Thomas Quincey on the twenty-third of April, the same day and the same month in which he was suppose to have been born he died. Two days later he was buried in the chancel of the church of the holy Trinity at Stratford. His will was that Susanna got the properties, Judith got the money, and wife got the best bed.

He died on April 23, 1616. Since his death his plays are being rein acted and continuously being played around the world (‘William”, 3).
Though out Shakespeares life he was dedicated to theater without major education. He is one in history best and will always be remembered.
There are other play writers and poets but none come close to William Shakespeare. The historic plays are still being performed and will always be. His life is one of its self and original.
