Global problems affect the modern world. Today’s rapid changes have made countries more interdependent than ever before, shrinking the world into a global village. As the world grows smaller, events in any one area have a greater impact on other parts of the world. One of the most alarming global problems we face today is global warming due to greenhouse effects. The greengreen house Effect Temperature Gases Increase">house effect is an increase in the atmospheric temperature caused by increasing amounts of greenhouse gases. These gases act as a heat blanket insulating the Earth’s surface absorbing and trapping heat radiation which normally escapes from the earth.
They include carbon dioxide, water vapor, methane, etc. The green house effect results from increase in concentrations of green house gases in the atmosphere and we, the human beings, are the main contributors of the global problem. Humans are warming the earth’s atmosphere by burning fuels to run cars and trucks, heat homes and businesses, and power factories. Moreover, increased agriculture, deforestation, landfills, industrial production, and mining also contribute a significant share of emission of green house gases. Consequently, the heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere are raising the earth’s temperature making the green house effects more eminent. The global warming due to green house effects will cause the ice in polar region to melt causing low lying lands including our own country Bangladesh, to be flooded.
The Term Paper on Global Warming Atmosphere Heat Gases
... cycles so far. So they are not saying that the green house effect is not happening, They are saying that it is just ... gases are let into the atmosphere every time there is a forest fire or a volcano that erupts. Without global warming, the Earth's ... temperature would be a lot lower than the 60-degree average. Unfortunately, there being many more harmful "greenhouse gases" ...
The earth itself will get heated and this kind of global warming often hampers production of food crops. In order to control the effects of green house effects we must first admit that it’s occurring, then take steps to end it. We must stop burning the trees and not replacing them. Most importantly, we must stop polluting the air.
