I found the hardest thing to do while developing your resume is to recall work experience or even put your experiences into words that will appeal to the employer. This goes along with the experience category on your resume. The hardest thing, for students, is to show a background which would set them apart from their peers. As a new graduate, you rarely have the experience to compete with the majority of people you will be competing with for the job. This may require you to take additional classes to make yourself more marketable to your employer. Ultimately the individual has to develop a solid background to compensate for their lack of real world training.
