Putman stated “I hope this fragrance evokes the same serenity and discretion present in all of my other creations ” Most recently Andree Putman worked with the Europtic Center to create the first “European Flagship Store in Marbella, Spain.” The new Europtic center uses the best optical equipment available while Ms. Putman has created a light scheme to ensure that the space retains its familiarity. It was important to create a space that was enjoyable yet fashionable. Eye care centers have always been a somewhat bland experience where lighting was never truly accounted for. Has Putman reached beyond all possible design boundaries? It is hard to presume that the answer is yes. She continually explores all that is available to her.
Every object or interior she has designed whether it be a hotel or a pen is cared for with the same level of interest and, creativity. Today Ms. Putman is working on many more projects to come and will most definitely amaze us again and again.
