I read upon your advertisement in the New Paper just a few days ago and it interests me as the field that your company is in really relates to my academic. The location also interests me as I have been there a few time and impressed with the way the surrounding looks. I am a graduate from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I do have the knowledge of how an accounting department works and also handling full set of accounts on my own.
Working as an administrative has been part of my holiday job since I started studying in polytechnic. During the course of these temporary jobs, I learnt to handle and file documents and also keying in data entry to the data base. customer service too is one of my duties as a temporary employee. Working as sales assistant in the past made me learnt a lot in handling difficult and fussy customers. It was not easy at first. But I slowly pick up the skill as I carry on working as sales personnel.
Having been in the working world before made me realize it is not an easy thing to do. That is why I learnt to organize my time well in order to efficiently use whatever resources I had at de existing time. Having learnt to use Microsoft Office software in school really benefited me in many ways.
