1. The force fit
When bearing inner ring and shaft are tightly fitted and outer ring and bearing hole are loosely fitted, we can use pressure equipment to press the bearing in the shaft firstly. Then put the shaft together with the bearing in the bearing hole. When pressing, it is suggested to place a soft metal assembling pipe (copper or mild steel) on the bearing inner ring end face. The inner diameter of the casing assembly should be slightly larger than the diameter of a journal and outside diameter should be slightly smaller than the bearing inner ring guard in order to avoid pressure in the frame.
When bearing outer ring and bearing hole are tightly fitted and inner ring and shaft are loosely fitted, the bearing can be pressed into the bearing hole firstly. Then the assembling casing diameter should be slightly less than the diameter of the hole. If the bearing ring and shaft as well as the hole are tightly fitted, installation indoor ring and outer ring should be pressed into the shaft and hole at the same time. The assembling casing structure should be able to tighten the end faces of the bearing inner ring and outer ring at the same time.
2. Heat connection
By heating bearing or bearing seat, it is a common and energy saving installation method to change the tight fit into a loose fit. This method is suitable for the installation of the bearings with larger interference quantity. Before heat installation, it is suggested to put the bearing or separable bearing ring into the fuel tank for even heating at 80-100 ℃ and then load on the shaft as soon as possible to prevent the loose joint between inner ring and axis shoulder after cooling. Bearing axial can be fastened again after cooling. When bearing outer ring and light metal bearing seat are tightly fitted, the mating surface scratch can be avoided by hot heating the bearing seat. When heating bearing in the tank, a net grill should be fixed at a certain distance from the bottom or hanging the bearings by hooks. The bearing cannot be placed on the bottom to prevent the heavy impurities into the bearing or uneven heating. Fuel tank must have a thermometer and the oil temperature shall strictly controlled below 100 ℃ in order to prevent the tempering effect and reduce the hardness of the ring.

3. The installation of the cone bearing
Cone bearing can be directly installed on a taper shaft neck, or loaded on the cone with adapter sleeve or withdrawal sleeve. Its tightness can be checked by bearing radial clearance reduction.
