A. Gain Audience attention.
Everyday, everyone from us wake up and forget to tell himself > , by nature, we almost don’t realize that -any time, anyone can die-.
B. Orient audience to the topic.
The human life is precious and invaluable for wise, fool, good or bad people. In this world, life can not be restored, life is only for one time, nothing is equal to life, so , who took others’ life have to pay by his life as capital punishment.
C. Convince the Audience that the topic is important.
Capital punishment or Death penalty is the killing of a person by judicial process as punishment for an offence or committed crime. Fifty eight Nations actively practice it when ninety five others have not used it for ten years, but they didn’t abolish it for ever, many exceptions are still kept. To this day many people are for the abolition of this penalty when others are not. The debate continues existing. Everyone have to take a position on this crucial decision.

D. Thesis statement.
Obviously, Capital punishment is merely the “Right to kill”, so, Who have this right? , How He got it? And On what basis?
The answer to these questions is simple, ‘who gave life to the mankind has the right to take it back‘. Only our Glorious GOD satisfies this condition, so, Death Penalty is purely a religious decision. GOD ordered us to execute it and all resulting mistakes are only human, from us.
Man didn’t invent Death Penalty, so, man has no right to abandon it. The problem is just about, in which situation it has to be applied. Death Penalty can not be abolished for some cases, and, by doubt, it has to be hold in other circumstances.

II – Body :
A. Capital punishment and the Religion:.
As proven in my introduction, Capital punishment is purely religious decision, so, by ethical chronology, let us see what Judaism, Christianity and Islam stated on it.
A.1 Capital punishment and Judaism:.
For Judaism, anyone reading the Old Statement understand that Judaism has to be in favor of Capital punishment, many texts justify it as quoted in, “ … life for life, eye to eye, tooth to tooth ..” , “A man who spills human blood, his own blood shall be spilled by man because GOD made man in his own image”.
Israel representing Judaism, abolished the capital punishment in 1954 for all, except those who committed Nazi war crimes, since 56 years of presumed existing Israeli state, only one person had been executed, this person was a Nazi war criminal with particular responsibilities for the holocaust.
Israeli can’t practice Death penalty because they are killing Palestinian people everyday, so, most of their military deciders and executors must be executed after judgment.
A.2 Capital punishment and Christianity:.
Christians argue both for and against the Death penalty. In the Bible, it’s written “… whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed …”. Over the history, churches practiced the Capital punishment by referring to both, old and new statements. Vatican had a penal code that includes a Death penalty for anyone who attempts to assassinate the pope. They are also, in favor when the killer identity and responsibility have been fully determined.

Today, Christian countries by separating religion from justice, they stay divided in opinion and rarely practice the Death penalty.
A.3 Capital punishment and Islam:.
In Islam as the last religion, the Death penalty is allowed. It stated in the glorious Quran “… Take no life, which GOD has made sacred, except by the way of justice and low …” . But if the family of the died person forgive the killer, this last one will not be executed. Most of Islamic countries does not practice the Death penalty and doesn’t abolish it.
A.4 Conclusion of the paragraph:.
God does have rights, and it is his right to do as he pleases with his own creation. God has given man the moral duty to execute those who chose to take the lives of others, The Death penalty honors GOD.
A.5 Transition of the next paragraph:.
It is clear that Religions agree with the Capital punishment under strict conditions, Nowadays Societies are bigger and more complicated, what necessitate more structures and procedures. Religious institutions can’t bypass today’s Justices as source of decisions, else the Death penalty execution will be considered as a murder.

B. Capital punishment and Justice:.
Justice considers revenge as a murder and revenge can never be justice. Justice search to protect everybody and assure him the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty. Justice has to be independent and stay away of any political influence.
The mission of justice is to rehabilitate the prisoner but in extremes cases condemns him to death as prevention to re-offending for more peaceful society, and also to provide closure to victim’s families and stop vindications.
Today advanced technologies as camera, D.N.A test and many materials help justice to justify its capital decision, so, no doubt plus evident proofs means for the court that the killer merit the Death penalty.
The Essay on Capital Punishment 28
Capital punishment is viewed by the law as the act of deterring a person from performing a certain crime that poses threat to the lives of human being. Through capital punishment, life is lost and this method in a way makes sure that a particular crime isn’t repeated by a particular person thus completely deterring the person from repeating the crime. It should be noted that though death penalty ...
B.1 Transition of the next paragraph:.
Religion came from GOD, the Death penalty also, Justice just try to delay it, only civil and associations call for its abolition, some of them ask for total abolition when others claim to partially restrict its application.
C. Capital punishment and the Society:.
Most of civil react to any condemnation in an unjustified way because they don’t know the related truth. They believe that anyone can make a mistake, as a murder, dependently to the related circumstance.
As the society give a great importance to the human value, many civil and associations report that capital punishment is an abuse, and statistics didn’t prove that it is deterrent, they also pretend that life shouldn’t generate death, and every human have a right to live, so for them the Death penalty is a revenge that can be on an innocent or someone subject of felony murder instead of aggravated one.

III – Conclusion :
A. Summary:.
By summarizing everything, we can conclude that Man didn’t invent Death Penalty, so, man has no right to abandon it. The Death penalty execution honors GOD. When there is evident proofs and no doubt the killer merit the Death penalty and Justice has to execute him. Justice has to hold execution on other cases.
B. Final appeal to agree with my opinion:.
By analyzing how Capital punishment abolition can negatively affect the humanity live, for a peaceful society it has to be maintained for guilty killers, and hold for other cases.
C. Closing statement:. (So strong to be remembered)
When everyday murders number rise up, I personally think that we need televised executions every night at 8:00 PM on all national televisions, forget movies, let’s just have all the family sit down watching crime scenes, hearing to victims drams and sharing theirs grieves, then … affirm that Death penalty was a must issue for human crimes. GOD is never wrong.
