Jay-Z Blueprint Here you have it, all you Jay-Z fans; a much anticipated review of the hot new CD! ! 1) The Ruler’s Back 3: 49 This song is Jay-Z singing about… Jay-Z. In this song he sounds very conceded. He is ‘the Ruler’, and when he says ‘I’m back n a’, there are trumpets playing in the background, j sut like you’d imagine them being played for royalty. He talks about how rich he is, and how he doesn’t care if he goes to court, he says ” What’s a couple dollars to me?’ and the only thing he cares about is that you respect him. I dunno, it’s kinda tough respecting someone with that big an ego.
But it’s kinda cool, in the beginning the beat goes with his laugh, it reminds me of how we ” re supposed to get the vibrato on flute, the whole ‘h ahaha’ thing. 2) Takeover 5: 13 I like the beat to this song. it’s the type you’d go cruising with, turn the bass up. so that you can’t even hear the words. Int his song he advertises his record label Roc-A-Fella, and how powerful he is, and how he and his rappers are ‘running’ this rap sh t’.
He talk about how many more records he’s sold than DMX, and dishes him. At one point he uses a DMX clip where they ” re shouting ‘NOOOO!’ And every time, it never fails, I jump out of my seat, it sounds as if someone is sitting right next to you screaming bloody murder. 3) Izzo (H. O. V.
The Essay on German Song ''Du Bist Wie Eine Blume''
Before you can ever jump on stage and sing any new song there is a process of seven steps to help you perform it correctly and well. You need to study the piece and prepare it properly. This component study involves seven detailed parts, text, rhythm, meter, and tempo, melody, form, voice, harmony, and dynamics, phrasing and musical articulation. Reading through the text of the song silently first ...
A. ) 4: 00 This is one of my favorite songs on the cd, in fact, this song is the reason I bought the cd. This song has a peppy beat, and talks about how he, in spite of everything that has happened to him, he comes out on top. Honestly, i have no idea what ‘H to the iz zo, V to the ‘ is supposed to mean. The chorus has a girl singing that line, and Jay-Z saying ‘Forshizzo my, used to dribble down in VA’, then the girls sing ‘H to the iz zo, V to the ‘ again, and then Jay-Z says ‘That’s the anthem, get your da n hands up’.
It’s the type of song you can’t help but bop your head to. It’s also the perfect length, by the end of it, you aren’t tired of the song unlike some of the other songs on this cd. 4) Girls, Girls, Girls 4: 35 I don’t like how this song starts off, but then he changes it after the intro. the chorus is annoying, the rapper who does it has no talent. the song itself has more of a storyline to it than the other ones. The entire song is about all the girls he has, the benefits and down sides to dating them.
At some parts, it has some string instruments playing, which is a nice contrast to the rapping. This song is to be the next single from the cd. It has some humorous parts to it, for example: ‘I’ve got this young chick, she’s so immature, she’s like ‘why you don’t buy me Re box no more?’ She like to show out in public, throw tantrums on the floor. Gotta throw her a couple dollars just to shut up her holly.’ And this other part, ‘I’ve got this African chick with Eddie Murphy on her skull, she like ‘Jigga man, why you treat me like animal?’ I’m like, ”Sc use me Miss Fubu, but when I met your @ss, you was dead broke and naked, now you want in’ half!’ ‘ I guess you have to hear the song to find it funny.
By the time this song is finished, you ” ve figured out that Jay-Z likes girls, girls, girls, girls, girls, girls… 5) Jigga That N a 3: 24 This song has a nice heavy beat, but honestly, I don’t like this song very much. Whenever i come across it, I press ‘skip’. It’s very repetitive. And it’s just another song about how great he is.
The Essay on The Sweetheart Of The Song Tra Bong By Tim Obrien
The Sweetheart of the Song Tra Bong By Tim O'Brien The Sweetheart of the Song Tra Bong is about the metamorphosis of a girl, who traveled to Vietnam to visit her boyfriend (on his wish), from a perfectly normal high-school kid to an indefinable creature of the dark. The metamorphosis takes place gradually and in small steps. At the beginning, just after her arrival in Vietnam, nothing seems ...
have you ever notice how rappers seem to have at least five songs on their cd about themselves? My guess is, it’s because they ” re so insecure about themselves, they think if they can convince the world they ” re great, they ” ll feel great about themselves. And a big part of the reason they feel so lousy about themselves is because of dysfunctional families, and an ab-normal childhood. Time to press ‘skip’ 6) You Don’t Know 3: 19 This song has some cool extras. It has a helium sounding voice that sings in it once in a while, saying ‘ You don’t know… what you ” re doing’, keeping her attention, and lightening up a heavy song about the life of a drug dealer. 7) Hola’ Ho vito 3: 19 I don’t think I’ve listened to this song at all yet.
Huh, pretty cool. It’s kinda fun. On the fourth beat, it has a chord that plays on four, and, one. Do you kn wo what I mean? Here he’s rapping about well, his rap.
8) Heart of the City (Ain’t No Love) 3: 43 I haven’t ever listened to this song yet either. Some flute in the background in the intro and the chorus. This song is about the happy part of his life, and one part (that I think is cute), he says:’ All you thugs, need hugs.’ It’s much more lighthearted. 9) Never Change 3: 58 This is a slower song on his cd, and it has a nice background. It’s an enjoyable songs as long as you don’t listen to the words too much.
Someone with a half decent voice sings in the background which adds a nice touch, as they usually do in rap songs. 10) Song Cry 5: 03 This as got to be my favorite song on the entire CD. It starts off with a woman singing, already giving hope. It gives insight to this rappers emotions, and he actually admits he isn’t perfect, and that he was a terrible husband. He’s saying: “I can’t see it coming down my eyes, so I gotta make the song cry.” Well, Jay, mission accomplished. 11) All I Need 4: 28 This song starts out with some bongo drums.
It starts off not too bad, but then he starts listing girls names again. It starts to sound the same very quickly. No, Jay-Z we don’t care in whose face you blew smoke or that you have a couple chicks by your side. Sorry. 12) Renegade 5: 37 This song starts off as most of Jay-Z’s songs do, but with more of a sinister beat. Which, by this time is good, and catches your attention.
The Essay on Cost of the Good Life
Overall wellbeing, an extravagant lifestyle, and wealth all come to mind when I ponder the good life but what does the good life actually cost? At first glance, this seems like a loaded question that requires multiple dissertations in order to answer. I even contemplated whether or not the good life had a cost at all. Breaking the good life into separate topics relieves much of the stress when it ...
Then Eminem (featured in this issue of Mile High) comes in and adds a nice touch and a lot of flavour, which brings this song in second. 13) Blueprint (Mamma Loves Me) 12: 08 I think it’s cute that it matters to this rapper that is mother loves him, or that he admits it. This entire song is pretty much a thank you song to everyone that influenced his life. -Review by Jennifer Nickel, editor of Mile High This CD also includes two bonus tracks.
To sum it up this is a decent CD. It’s a good one to blast in your car if you have a good set of sub-woofers. I give it 3/5 stars. References: Jay-Z CD.
