Even though the media forgets this striking subject currently, more than 250,000 children are still exploited in several African countries because of war. We have all learned that our society may progress in well-being if people are educated instead of making children, actors of a conflict which definitely lead to sorrow and wasted lives.
Armies take advantage of enlisted innocent kids who use deadly weapons (which they should never make use of) in order to fight for a battle which can not be won. Therefore children are “compelled to become instruments of war” and “express adult’s hatred”, Olara Otunnu.
Child soldier exploitation: What for?
In order to eliminate children’ will and hope for a better life ?!Unfortunately, hope never appears when individuals are motivated by revenge.
The children are our future. Therefore if we don’t take action our friends’ from tall around the world childhood and future will be lost too.
Please never forget that “the world is your oyster” ( J. Kornfield).
Indeed, all children have the right to have access to good health services, education, IT, modern communication tools, like Facebook, Twitter… especially nowadays.
