To prevent issues before they arise, and to handle situations when they do, staff meetings will take place bimonthly on Monday mornings before business open to discuss any issues that have arisen in the previous weeks. These meetings will cover trouble areas such as lack of business, customer complaints, what we are doing effectively and areas that we could improve on such as decreasing the wait times for customers, find ways to utilize our space better for a better flow of traffic and even maybe offer comment cards by the entrances/exits, or registers for direct feedback.
