This topic is a very strong topic to me. I definitely know who I am and what Idid to get here. My family background helped me reach the point I am at inmy life now. They are very helpful in guiding me in the right path. They havealways been there for me and taught me a lot. I can say that my parents play amajor part of who I am. There are many traditions in my family which keepus together. I attended Our Lady of Mercy School. This school taught me well andplayed a role on getting to where I am today. Grammar school gave meself-confidence and independence. I have many interests. I play many sports. I play baseball, football, andhockey. These sports have help me grow socially and physically. I feel I have accomplished many things for being still young. I succeedwell in school, have many friends, & do fairly well in sports. My only failureat this point in my life is that I sometimes don’t put all my efforts intosomething I think is important to me. When I came to high school, it was like a different world. I didn’t knowanyone, subjects were harder and I was a nobody. Unlike in grammar school, where I was very popular and everyone knew. This was just another blockadein the road. I learned to make new friends and to pay more attention in classand to study harder. This made me grow socially and intellectually. some goals of mine this year are to finish school with good grades, possibly first honors, to make varsity baseball and to get into the classes Iwant for next year. Also, I want to take my SATS and do well on them. All ofthese goals will probably get me into a good college.
