My names Amy and I am currently studying tourism at Tafe at the moment. For part of my past I need to complete a project with the topic: Seek information on the tourism industry and we are given a fake situation where a couple have purchased a lovely old manor home in the Dandenong Ranges Area of Victoria and were looking at making it into a small boutique hotel with five guest bedrooms, a room with a bar and a restaurant with a fully equipped professional kitchen. Would you association be the right one for this couple to join for help with starting this hotel? Also would you be able to help with any government regulations and licensing requirements they might have to consider, or know anyone/companies that could do so?
