Business Opportunity:
The education level and employee productivity rate in Pakistan is low and not up to par with corporations demand. The major factors behind this are less to no practical market exposure of students and the studies that our students are subjected to cover too vast a spectrum. This eventually results in production of low skilled employees. Our students end up being jack of all trades and master of none, the result of which is that we as a nation can never create anew and must always follow. The basic problem with the market of Pakistan is not the lack of natural, technological or any other resources but its the human resource. Productivity of Pakistan has been comparatively low because human resource is not of prime quality, or those who are of quality move out of Pakistans market for better opportunities (Brain Drain).
Usually the business bachelor program offered in Pakistan is a four year program with a lot of emphasis on theoretical studies, When a student graduates from a business school he/she is not exposed to the market and does not know much about the market in practical. Where text books provide a good idea of what goes around in the business world and covers almost every aspect of a business organization, practical work is also important, as it is proven that people learn better through practical work rather than simply following text books.

This lack of practical training creates a major gap between the human resource of Pakistan and other developed nations. Managers lack the creativity and innovation which needs them to be successful. They are not mentally geared to look towards the future and put their creative knowledge to use.
The lower level workforce is also suffering in Pakistan. Workers are not equipped with knowledge of how to deal with customers and work in an organizational environment. They are also not capable of keeping up with the increasing technology and the skills required mastering them. They are lacking in skills which are relevant to succeed in an organizational structure.
There is an opportunity in the market for an institute that introduces a new learning program which emphasizes on practical studies and research work as much as theoretical base learning. The concept of practical studies has been followed in western countries for a while now but it is yet to be introduced in Pakistan. In the addition to this, an intense training program is needed to improve the vocational skills in employees which would result in the betterment of human resource in Pakistan.

The student would submit monthly papers to the university and quarterly reports also. These reports would consist of what they have learned, what are people doing in the organization, their observations, where the organization is lacking, what deficiencies can be met and so on so forth. This would build up towards the grades of the student for that academic year.
