Anatomy and Physiology are probably 2 of many different sciences necessary for the best understanding of the human body and how it functions. So I believe that in order to compare two things, you need to explain what each are first. ANATOMY is the study of the human body. It can also be defined as being the study of how various parts of the body interact and work together. PHYSIOLOGY is the study of how living organisms function. That includes nutrition, movement, and reproduction. So you are pretty much studying how living things, including humans, do what they do. It often involves how systems of the body interact such as the muscular system interacting with the skeletal system to (for example) produce movement.
Honestly, it is impossible to really understand the physiology of an organism (such as the human body) without developing a good understanding of the anatomy of that particular organism and its various parts. For example, you cannot understand how the lungs extract oxygen from the air we breathe without understanding that the lung is made up of a bronchial tree and alveoli, which allow for the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Students related to the medical field learn human anatomy together with human physiology broadly over their period of study, so that they learn how the body of human beings runs all together, and how the various systems inside human body are bonded with one another. Its really hard to explain the relationship, but I believe that without one there could not be another.
