Dream Office So, here I am, doing my job, sitting in my office. Not just and office, in my Dream Office. It has all I have ever dreamed of: modern design, latest technological features, comfortable furniture, free coffee for employees and much space and air. You really feel like part of a corporate family in this office. By providing all the nice things for the employees, our employer demonstrates how valuable we are. Our office is located in the very business center of the NYC, the world business capital.
We occupy 3 floors in a pretty tall building, neighboring with the most powerful world companies. I like working on a high floor it gives a sensation of how powerful the human mind is to be able to construct buildings like this. Moreover, it always offers great views of this never-sleeping city. You can always see constant motion down there through the large windows, as well as you can sometimes see what is going on in the offices across the street. Everyone gets as much light as he/she needs, you almost feel outside, flying like a bird. My dream office is very flexible as to where one can spend his/her work day. Wireless Internet and other office facilities are everywhere, so it is not a problem to sit on a couch by the window and work. It is especially handy if you have a creative project that requires thinking out of the frame. At the same time, there are many formal hall for conducting meetings and presentations.
People spend most of their lives at work, so it is really important to enjoy not just what you are doing, but also where you are doing it. When I imagine my future job, I always think about my office and I always see this same image in front of me..
