Drivers Trying to sort out what type of driver a person might be is an extremely challenging task. In a person’s own mind, they think they are the aggressive type of driver, or the cautious type, but no one will ever admit that they are the ‘I got my license in a cracker jacks box driver’; . The only fact that is certain about a person is they are never always aggressive or cautious while they drive. A person’s driving type varies from time, place, and, the most important reason, their attitudes affect one’s driving style. The roads today are filled with all types of drivers, but one of the worst drivers is the hot shot or aggressive drivers. All the time, day after day, people encounter these maniacs, who drive like they think they are invincible.
The short period of time that I have been driving, I have encountered some crazy drivers. The first hotshot driver I saw, was actually two teens who were drag racing down the streets going ninety mph or faster. While they were racing, one of the two cars was actually driving on the opposite lane. Other experiences I have encountered were a high performance bike that was weaving in and out of cars just because he didn’t want to stop. This biker was going real fast for what he was doing he reminded me of a cop chasing a robber movie of just how fast the bike was going. Another example of a hotshot driver is they love to push or blow a stop sign or light.
The Essay on Road Rage Driving Aggressive Behavior
Thesis: Road rage is a major problem in the United States, it causes accidents, anger, fear, and danger to our roadways everyday. Audience: Anyone who struggles with anger management while driving, or the typical aggressive driver. Also teenagers, adults, and elderly people. Purpose: To inform all drivers of the unsafe and unpredictable behavior present on our roadways. Also to help understand ...
What I mean by push is that, they creep far into the intersection then floor it right when the light turns green. Aggressive drivers like to aggravate other motorist by tailing, honking, or even bumping the car in front of them. They just can’t seem to wait a few extra seconds to go when the car in front is trying to turn. Those hot shot drivers just floor the gas and go around them and sometimes drive on the opposite land to get around the other driver. The most gutsy driver I have every encountered was on highway I-90. Here two drivers in old beater cars were playing demolition derby with the cars.
They were smashing, bumping, and pushing the other car for the fun. Those just some on the example of the gutsy moves these people do on the roads. The next type of driver would best be called the ideal driver on the roads. The ideal driver would yield for pedestrians; make full and complete stops at lights, and would obey all traffic signs and laws. The careful drivers use the correct signs while turning, and always look before making it. These drivers would never bump some person’s car to make them move faster or even speed.
They always have both hands on the steering wheel, and sitting in an upright position in their chair. They never get road rage or use any of the nasty language both physical and verbal ones. When the driver sees an ambulance or a law enforcement agent coming down the road they don’t speed up or try to block it, they just pull over and wait till the car or truck passes them. When these drivers see an accident they call up on there cell phones to alert the police, but call them on the side of the road so not to be in an accident them selves. These drivers are what every driver should be.
The earth we live on is far from being perfect in fact it is not even close to being okay. The roads we drive on wouldn’t be finished if we didn’t have the brainless driver on the road. The ‘I got my license in a cracker jacks box driver’; has been know to do the dumbest, idiotic, and stupidest actions possible. These drivers are know to slam on the brakes in the middle of a intersection, swerve in and out of the lanes with no apparent reason, and often keep their foot on the brake at all times. These ‘drivers’; tend to put their makeup on their face while paying more attention to the visor mirror than the road.
