Educational conflicts Russian educational system (its development and the way of work) is of great interest. For a long period of time, Russia took a leading position in education, and influenced greatly on many countries of the former socialistic camp. During a period of 50 years the system was not changed much. The countries of the former USSR existed in a close society. Thats why schools and educational establishments followed their own national program. Any interference of capitalist tendencies in education was cut off immediately.
The main strength was directed on bringing up social conscious and morally strong generation. World crisis of education is known by the crisis of intellect which lost close connection with morality. The same process happened in Russia several decades ago. The author of the article Teachers continuing education and Russian school reform, Stephen T. Kerr, pays much attention to the role of social changes in the educational system. He emphasized that the crisis of Russian society captured national higher and secondary schools.
Though the word conflict was not mentioned by the author but we can say about an educational conflict in Russia from the latest decades to our days. Conflictology of education should be observed in interrelations between main objects and subjects of pedagogical processes. In the article the author formulated some problems. His position is based on the idea that each society has its own development of using information and technologies through the development of science, culture and education. And at the present the dominating role of education is clear. So, it is necessary for Russia to solve present problems as sooner as possible. Nowadays a very difficult task stands before Russian teachers: to realize the traditionally person oriented, moral sense of education. It was destroyed with using new techniques of education and because of the total regime existed in the country. But having read the article we come to a conclusion that there is a conflict between the role of a teacher in Russia and his (her) social status. We know about the fall of social position of this profession. But the teachers are the main group which helps Russia to overcome crisis! And I am sure it is true, because they form consciousness, logic and mental principles. The main authors attention is focused on negative tendencies in national education system.
On the one hand we see a steady reduction of State financing of it. On the other hand a strengthening of its regionalization but without historically formed educational network. All that raises potential of ignorance in society. Analyzing different factors which have an influence on the tension between teachers and pupils, we can say that the most significant one is a lack of self confidence and a lack of protection from rude and sometimes illegal actions of power structures. In modern Russia the confrontation between power structures and educational system is very high. According to the authors point of view the main problem of the conflict is not economic, but the political one. Very often the destructive policy of Russian power is determined not only by economic difficulties but by political interests of the power.
As it was mentioned, the system crisis of the education is linked first of all with the conflict between a teacher and a pupil. It is impossible to avoid these conflicts and thats why we should manage them. Conflicts in such relations need reduction of tension, increasing of mutual information and realizing the function of pupils and teachers protection and support. The author pointed violence as an integral part of a modern Russian school. But I cannot agree that it is determined, first of all, by teachers behavior in conflict situations. Because of demoralization of the society, pupils became more rude and impolite towards their teachers.

It should also overcome a situation of ideological uncertainty. According to the authors point of view deformations of national educational system were the result of social and ideological pressure.
The deformations led to the formation of a new generation which came into conflict with the needs of democratic society. The process of democratization in the former USSR was long and difficult. Formation of ideas and skills of non conflict behavior was considered not only as a purpose of professional training but as a general education one. And even now a crisis in Russia does not yet yield results through the reforming in educational field. The main authors attention is given to the comparison of higher education in ex Soviet Union and in modern Russian society. He shows negative influence on social reforming.
Nowadays the situation improves, because the educational system has begun to react on the labor market. The youth begins to interpret education as a perspective for good career. In conclusion Id like to say about the importance of conflictological education, because modern reality creates many situations, which provoke rudeness and impulsive behavior. And especially the young people often feel themselves defenseless in the face of conflict. And the main idea of the article is that the main tendency in education at present is to introduce children to positive general cultural ones, to give them access of more universal tendencies. And the author says in conclusion that development of education in modern Russia in market conditions demands refusal of former stereotypes, provoking many conflicts, creating new types of educational institutions and new educational systems.
