When early spring comes you will most likely see a lot of people gardening in their garden preparing it for late spring all the way through till autumn. Gardening is for all ages, young and old. I enjoy it as well. Green fingered is the term given to someone who has a ”special ability to make plants grow”. Which means if a person has a green thumb or fingers they simply have patience and they are committed to their garden. I wish had a green thumb because most of the time the plants I try to grow either don’t grow or dies after the first week. You can’t do gardening in your Sunday best. I wear old clothes, an old track suit maybe. I would also wear gardening gloves and wellies.
I know from experience that you would get very mucky and dirty gardening. I love planting flowers and watching them grow (if they do grow for me).The only thing I don’t really like that much is the up keeping of my garden, I hate weeding it especially it takes me hours to weed therockery because there is always a load unwanted grasses and weeds. Up keeping my garden doesn’t just mean weeding the soil. It also involves watering the plants, making sure that insects/birds/animals don’t eat/trample the plants and flowers. I find it tough work.
