Evidently, companies derives reputation from good behaviours lead to customer loyalty, consequently resulting in maintained profit. On the contrary, bad behaviors hinder the growth and decline. Therefore, the success of an corporation can be attributed to its good ethical behaviour.
Big corporations serves as an inspiration and driving force that particular industry which can anticipate its future. Most of them lead the improvement, innovation and revolution of their own industry around the world; contributing to enormous work opportunities meanwhile resolving the unemployment problems, paying large amount of tax to assist government management. Good behaviors difuse into different cultures which can be widespread and best everywhere. Nevertheless, some behaviors from big corporations infringe customer’s legal rights. In order to obtain the maximize profit, some of them compelled workers without rest, sick leave and even reduction of wages and pension. For companies concentrate much on profit-maximumation at the expense of workers and customers tend to be egoist. Those selfish behaviors bring out the impediment to its future, potentially, impoverish.
