What is a pilgrim? A pilgrim is a person who travels to a sacred place for religious reasons. Or someone who travels on long journeys. Now why are we called pilgrims? For me we are called pilgrims because we are the Church of God, we are a family of believers, disciples of the Lord united in one spirit. The person tries to search answers for his questions like on the first part. “tired of weaving dreams too loose for me to wear” so the person is confused of why is it so hard to achieve its dreams. Another is “Tired of getting tied to doing what’s required “ Why do we have to follow ones rule? Why are we not equal? The person is also confused of which path to take and wants to know who will be his guide. My question is How how can I decide which path I should take, and who will be my guide? Why Does one ask this question?
Because I know some of us especially teenagers like me are still confused of making their lives straight. They are having a hard time deciding for themselves. Because we all know that teenage life is a very crucial part. This is the part where our future depends. We are seeking for answers. We ask for others advice and assistance to help us in making our way right. My answer to this question is to be more dependent and learn how to trust my abilities and stop depending or relying on others decision. Maybe it’s time to make a change and follow what’s really inside me. Because how can I make decisions in the future if now I’m still following others decision. Well I’m not doing this to disobey them or to disrespect them but rather to prove them that I can do it. I’m not being a rebel , I just wanted to learn and to be more Independent. How do we follow the voice that calls within?

For me that voice has two qualities. First is the inner us. We follow it by start trusting ourselves and our abilities. Second is God that supports us and gives us the strength whenever we feel weak and guide us to overcome temptations.
