Personal Relationship: is a relationship that is formed through mutual choice and familiarity, for example; Family and friends that are not connected to you in a working/professional matter. These are informal and based on emotions and feelings.

A care workers role is to make sure that every support they give to customers is according to their agreed plan of care. It is their responsibility to provide the customer with good quality of care.
