I am an incredible and miscellaneous scholar. I am multi-talented and I am far more superior than your “average individual”. In all four of my high school years, even though high school was a bumpy ride, I have never ceased to surprise my family, friends, and teachers with my academic and physical achievements and excellence. A scholarship is not rewarded to those who do not want to be rewarded or successful. A scholarship is not given it is earned, and I have the qualities of receiving it.
One reason that I should receive this scholarship is that I am an extremely diligent worker and when I want something or want to accomplish a goal I pursue it. There are many people that tell me that I work too hard or dreams rarely come true. I take that discouragement and use it as my motivation. For example, I was going to a Disney World acting facility with over 3,000 people, and many people did not think that I will make the cut. By the time I finished my lines, the judge said that I did a fantastic job, and I made the cut.
Therefore, that is why I always tell people you will never know if you are capable of living your dreams until you try. Another reason I deserve this scholarship is because I want to be able to afford to go to college without draining any money out of my family members. I want to say that I earned this and make my family proud. For instance, most of my life my parents and friends have been paying for most of my expenses, and I have not even come close to equally returning their blessings. I want to be a strong, independent, and intelligent individual that my parents raised me to be.

However, a little financial help is okay once in a while. The third and final reason I want this scholarship is to inspire people and make a difference in this world with my superior intellect. I want to encourage people to continue to learn and educate themselves so that we can become a better nation, or even a better world. For example, a couple of my friends and associates are willing to give up not only on their education, but on life. I always tell them that this is your life, and you control your own destiny. With skill, determination, effort, and faith in God there is nothing you cannot succeed.
