The Essay on Totalitarianism In Hitler’s Germany
Totalitarianism is the absolute control of a ruler who is a complete dictator, unrestricted by constitution, laws or opposition. This essay will evaluate the extent to which Hitler had absolute control over Germany in terms of political control, control over the Nazi party, control over the youth and education. Hitler established single party state and achieved political control to a large extent. ...
In 1932 with the Nazi party he tried to run for president of Germany and almost won he only lost by ten percent of a votes. He was then elected Chancellor of Germany or as the rest of the world said it he was the Prime Minister. With his new found power he started bringing talks of war. Benito Mussolini from Italy and Hideki Tojo said they would stand along side of Hitler. The war started in 1939 by Germany invading Poland and the Germans started to have concentration camps for the Jews. A crisis was building with the holocaust because Germans were killing Jews for the fun of it. There were killing of Jews by the thousands at a time, then they the bodies were starting to count up and ended up being millions of people being killed for no apparent reason.
Tojo started to have a feeling to make a move on the Americans so they attacked Pearl harbor on Dec. 6, 1941 for more killing and then the Allied powers started to turn the tide. Hitler was not ready for American involvement in the war and being power hungry his own troops started to turn on him they put a bomb at his feet but he narrowly escaped. Hitler knew that the war was ending and he was losing, his best friend Benito Mussolini was found out and murdered, On April 30, 1945 five days after the war actually ended Adolf Hitler married his mistress, Eva, they both committed suicide. They were said to have their bodies were soaked in gas, and was set on fire. There were a lot of bad things Hitler did weather it was killing 6,000,000 people of the Jewish faith. He was an evil man but he was good to his country before he got so greedy and hateful.
He had a bad life his parents died when he was a teenager and he was left all alone with no one to love. There really no excuse for it but maybe we already know the cause of it. He killed over 10,000,000 people because there were not of his color or faith. Hitler’s remains still have not been found and leaving a lot of people thinking that maybe he didn’t die when they said he did. Most of the people who were against the Nazis wanted evidence that he was dead but their never was any. Which leaves a lot of mysterious things around his death.
