How the Amount of Water Effects plant growth By Dennis Marchuk Turner Ashby High School Grade 10 March 23, 2013 The purpose of this project was to determine how much the amount of water effected plant growth. This had been accomplished by taking three groups of plants and placing them next to one another. Each group contains two plants. Each one would be watered with a different amount of water. They would then be measured how much they grew. The growth of the three plants was compared. Hypothesis: If the plants receive more water, then they will grow faster.
