Introduction
Human resource information system tries to bring together the human resource management and the information technology. It makes human resource management and the human resource functions become one thing and are able to solve problems arising in the business. In our case we are going to use business case which has already a viable solution. The role of business case is to get hold of the reasoning for spearheading a project or a given task. There are eight ways of managing the business case namely; summary, background, future state, costs and benefit analysis and finally implementation strategy. We are currently tackling the implementation stage.
Merits of human resource information system
In todays business human resource has played a very big role. It is concerned with hiring and firing of employees as well as motivating employees. It is in human resource department that company policies are done and even streamlining the business. (Springer, 1996)
Implementation
This is the stage where the following areas are discussed which includes risks, assumption, impact, option identified and assessment. Human resource management strategy is our main concern and we will make the company to accept the idea.
The Term Paper on Business Case
This business case outlines how the e-Saman project will address current business concerns, the benefits of the project, and alternative of the project. Risk in the business will mean the probability of loss in the companys operations and its environment like lack of competitive advantage and poor economic conditions. There are five tools for reducing risk. The first one is knowledge audits where the examination and review of written and unwritten assets. Knowledge audit answers the question of what do you know .The second one is information repositories where unstructured information is stored e.g. emails in a mail system. We also have knowledge map which will help in finding information in a given place. The person can use human resource information in curbing down the risks involved in the operations of business. The company can have data integration programs where data is categorized since not all data is required of a large system. The business is also required to know its knowledge network where information which is gathered might include electronic or it has been gotten from people. (Kanaan, 1994).
Another area that needs to be discussed is assumption. This means that a business happening was to be known there before or that has been though of earlier. We are going to take an example from the insurance industry. For example a business can insure it premises from assumption or a thing that may happen. (Anderson, 2001)
The company should check on the impact of the viable solution. For this case an impact can be positive or negative. A business should choose an impact with positive manner because it will take the business in grater height in achieving its goal. Business should deal with impact in a very serious manner because it shows the reality in a given problem and a company can be able to solve it in a simple way. Impact has also given most of the business direction in dealing with human resource information system through merging human resource management with its functions. It can help the human resource personnel in tackling the issues regarding the employees e.g. the access to data of a certain employee in a given time by the click of the mouse.
Option identified is another implementation stage where the businesses try to come up with different way of dealing with human resource information system. Once you have the impact the immediate thing is to select carefully the best option. An option selected may directly affect the outcome of the business profits bearing in mind that all business with the aim of making profit are there to maximize profit. The business will tend to take the strong option in order for it to have a in the competition arena and be able to compete fully in the market. A weak option may make the company to feel a pinch in its profit because it may drastically fall below the expected line.

Finally the business will have the assessment of the option taken to know whether it will have a weight in the operations of the business. Assessment will help the business in growing and be more profitable. It will also give us a guideline on how we can allocate our resources and time. Assessment will also enhance the planning of the day to days operation of the business and avoid wasting of time through repeated allocation of duties to the employees. Assessment is done to each idea in a way that will be easy to again select the best option as well a scrutinize them to finally come up with more fined options that will be finally be implemented in the business. Assessment will also help the human resource manager in analyzing the whole process which builds up the implementation stage of a given business.
Conclusion
When the business accepts the idea of Human Resource Information System as discussed above then, it is likely to make fewer mistakes in its Human Resource functions. By taking into account the five basic means of implementation which will guide the business the there will be no doughty the company will make profit. Human Resource Information System will actually boost the company and keeps it in the top position with its competitors and be able to fully compete.
