Importance of Sunday school in my Daily life What if your church had no Sunday school? What would be lacking in your church? What if throughout history there had been no Sunday school? What if you had never attended Sunday school? What would be the state of your spiritual condition? What blessing would you have missed all those years? Sunday school is important for the following reasons which I would like to share with each one of you 1. Sunday school improves your Bible Knowledge. When you know and under stand God’s word for yourself, you are more likely to obey the Lord.
The bible knowledge gained in Sunday school also helps you to become more proficient in using God’s Word, the Bible . 2. Sunday School Assists your Spiritual Growth: think of Sunday school teachers and class members who have modeled the Christian life . You learn more from their examples how to live for Jesus . Most important spiritual growth occurs best in the context of small group Bible study . That’s Sunday school . 3. Sunday school provides a place to belong. In Sunday school classes you are know. You can share needs and concerns from your life .
As you participate in class discussions; you become part of the group. 4. Sunday School helps you build meaningful relationships . You meet people ,learn their names ,hear stories and meet their families . You share fellowship time with class members . You ministers alongside others 5. Sunday school gives each one of us opportunies to serve and minister. Contact with unchurched members gives us the privilege of sharing your faith . You show the love of Jesus by ministering to class members who have needs. 6.

Sunday school has a place for the whole family. by going to church ,your entire family can participate in the purpose of Bible study ,fellowship, discipleship ,ministry and evangelism . You can gain the assurance of knowing every family members of your family is involved in weekly ,small-group Bible study ,which is growing their Bible knowledge and helping them grow spiritually . In short Sunday school students are less inclined to experiment with drugs, alcohol, or tobacco and have a higher tendency to value religion, education and family .
Students are taught to respect and appreciate the difference in background and opinion, and live with them in peace and harmony. for just an hour every week ,you and your family get to enjoy a lifetime of benefits . If all families brought their children to Sunday school and supported the church and lay volunteers ,children will grown up to be compassionate ,God-centered adults It is my wish that Sunday school classes be made available to all children around the globe so everyone will experience the wonderful things we do. And who knows, maybe our dream of a better world will finally come true.
