The Haji Ali Dargah is a tomb located on an islet off the west coast of Worli in the Southern part of Mumbai. It was a tomb constructed in 1431 in memory of a wealthy Muslim merchant.
It is a very popular tourist attraction as it gives you a feel of what India is really like. It is open to everyone and I would highly recommend going there. Toursim helps the poor because it provides the indian economy with money and when people visit the slums they often feel bad for the people or children so they give them money. It helps the kids in the slum to get some kind of money and even the smallest amounts can go a far way. It means that they can buy a meal to help feed not only them but there family.
