how has mange mnet strategy affected the implantation of policies and procedures, with in any one organisation, what have the implementations done to stablish the work place, have they managed to erase the problems in hand, or have they had the negative effect of compromising managment decisions, and under mining their authority, there for the original problems reoccurs. in order to abolish such factors, we need to look at the root of the problem, how has the intial, divide occured between upper and lower manage mnet, and how it has had a negative effect on the shop floor, where people have wanted to exit the door, HOW DOES THE ABUSE OF THE INTERNET AT WORK INFLUENCE AN INDIVIDUALS PERFORMANCE AT WORK? I feel this is an important issue as the Internet has revolutionise d the way people communicate and operate. This has affected people at home as well as people at work. The use of the Internet at work has become part of a persons life, where their personal information via E-mail or a use of a chat room is important than the individuals work itself. This is also known as Cyber-slacking. I looked at a variety of different sources in order to obtain qualitative data to find out the effects of the Internet on an individuals performance and how large this problem has become.

This incident had a global effect that changed the way people were doing business nationally and internationally. It is also important to take into account security online, as there are endless opportunities available on the Internet, and the fact of the Internet growing without limitless boundaries creates opportunities for those to attack other systems of which are new or vulnerable to the Internet without realising that they have been a victim of cyber-crime.
