Massachusetts Start Up Challange Unit 5 Sodaro Journal 1 I looked at the 2011 finalists and I reviewed the ideas that where presented. Of the six finalists I can say only one seemed even remotely worth winning. The collage magazine for women seemed a little weak as did the online custom clothing store. There are enough of those kinds of things around if you know where to look and the magazine just seems a little lack luster. The company looking to improve LED lighting is alright I guess but do we really need to fund a new company to improve LED lighting? hy dont they just go get a job at an LED manufacturing company and present their ideas to them. Cascade lasers and applications, sounds fun but I do not see the benifit right now atleast not when compared to the company I am building up to. Decompression vests for autistic children. Seems legit but not really a game changer. People have been working with autistic chiildren for years and in my own personal experience with them I can say a special vest is not going to help things in that front.
What sets off autistic children is things that interupt their routine, throw a new peice of clothing into the mix that is not part of their ordinery array and you are looking fit city. Saw it happen alot when we had to put autistic children in their saftey harnesses for transport on the sped. bus. If it was not “Their” harness it turned into a fight. Those fiv aside I think the renewable jetfule is the way to go, that would be the one I would back as a business. First it is a renweable source of fule which always has its advantages.
The Term Paper on Children Things We Throw Away
Children...Things We Throw Away? "Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?" -Micah 6:7 Abortion has become the second most common surgical procedure after circumcision. Over 99% of all U.S. abortions have nothing to do with the life or health of the woman-they are done simply because of her desire for convenience, absence of distress, and her so- ...
It could even lead to more breakthroughs in renewable fule for cars, trucks, boats and all other forms of transportation. Second it is jet fule, the single most expencive fule to obtain and produce. This would lower the cost of airline travel which would bring them an influx of business in the process. Renweable, that is perhapps the best part of it. A renweable source of fule will not only be clean for the envornment but it will take ease up a bit of the strain on our current fossil fule supply.
While fossil fules are not idealy the way to go we will still need them while we develop new renewable fules so less of a burden there means a greater surplus to go around for non reneweable fule sources which in turn means a drop in prices becuse less of the available supply will be used. So there you have, that is the business I feel should be given the most support and be the one chosen for funding. Unit 5 Journal 2 Personal Narrative Unit 5 Sodaro Journal 2 The ideas you presented are sound ideas but what you should consdier is your personal skill set and what you want to offer.
If you are looking to eastablish a reputation then you do not want to tarnish that reputation by offering ill prepared one on one classes. More so you do not want to attempt to teach a style of cooking you your self do not have much experience in, this could lead to a very bad reputation of not knowing what it is you are talking about and ultimately sink your business. I like Zorabs idea, to focous on local foods which seemes to be quite a popular thing right now. It would be foolish to not hone in on this market and offer professional classes on local cooking that would appeal to the masses.
Another point I would like to touch upon is professional appearance. Zorab has the right of it, dressing professional for meetings will allow investors to take you more seriously and clients will respond alot better to it as well. Ask your self this, would you want someone who looks professional and present a professional demeanor teaching you or would you want someone who looks like an everyday passer by to teach you? Another interesting thing Zorab has going is to teach classes that offer healthy food.
The Essay on Home Food VS Fast Food
Homemade food is often treated as a privilege. Low cost of fast food and its nutrition value become a solution for many families who have neither time not money to cook at home. Warnings that fast food is not healthy do not stop Americans who treat it as an essential part of their daily diet. As a result, the prevalence of obese and overweight people plummets. If we look at what is behind ...
The latest craze seems to be a swing towards healty eating which is another trend you could cash in on if you act on it. Both of these ideas seem in my opinion far more reliable than simply tailoring classes to meet the needs of the student. After all there are a variety of cooking classes in the area and if people really wanted to learn how to cook a specific ethnic food, why not just go to someone who specializes in teaching that specific style? Before we go, I have one suggestion I would like to present to you. Take the idea of cooking local foods and couple it with the health food idea.
Teach classes that offer a healthy take of local favorites. You can hit two target audiances with one stone and it will offer you more places in which to advertise. I am not saying you have to pick this but it is just something to think about in the future. So in closeing I just want to summarize. Scrap the tailored class idea. Focous on what the market in your area wants, wether that is just one aspect or combining two or more. Presentation, John you should work on takeing a que from your partner and dress the part of a person wanting to establish a business.

You can encourage participation and discourage negative participation with rules by makeing sure that specifi rules are put in place to outline what must be done to participate but on that some token, you will need rules in place that outline in detail what will happen if they break the rules that discourage negativie participation. To go a bit further, the rules should outline the concequences of your actions should you wish to engage in behavior deemed in appropriate for the forum but at the same time they should detail the expections that are equired to be met if you wish to participate. This will keep people quite who do not wish to participate and keep those that do wish to participate from haveing a negativie outbreak in an enviornment that is meant to be civil. Unit 5 Assignment 1 What Would You Do? Unit 5 Sodaro What would you do? Step 1: Identify a challange – Mowing the lawn, we all hate it and we all want it to be something that is made easyer. It is a chore that is not so bad in the early spring but as summer rolls on it become a different story.
The Essay on Ideas Have Consequences People Idea Great
Ideas have consequences. This is a statement that can be proven, whatever time period you look at. As far back in time as history books go, great people and nations have had seemingly great ideas, which when implemented, resulted in mass disaster. Take for example the ancient Aztec Indians. They believed that the sun was actually a living being, and that for it to sustain its light and heat ...
A few people I know complain about the heat and how sometimes it is just too unberable to be outside mowing the lawn in the heat of the summer. Even neighboors in my neighboorhood have complained about the heat and getting out to tackle this chore. Step 2: Express the problem or issue – The problem with mowing the lawn in the heat is a matter of personal health and saftey. The first issue is over heating. This is a problem that people who own rideing mowers do not often face but one that is probable for people with push mowers.
The body can only take so much excessive heat before it starts to shut down or become ill. Hazardus for the lungs, this a problem for people who own either a push mower or a rideing mower. This is a problem that occurs when the hummidity is at a certain % or higher in conjunction with excessive temperatures. What happens is that the fumes from the mowers do not rise into the air, instead they linger close to the ground often times around the head level of the mowers operator.
This happens becuse the fumes from the mower are not as dense as the combination of heated air and high hummidity creating a situation in which these dangerous fumes can easily be inhaled into the human body. Step 3: What resources should be investigated – Solutions to these issues might be found in new ways to help cool the human body. There is a cloth made for sports players that when you wet it, it becomes cold. Not sure how this process occurs or the actual science behind it but it might be a good thing to look into to design shirts or something out of to help fight excessive heat.
Resparatoes can help fight the inhaleation of fumes, it is a simple solution but one that could awlays be refined in order to reduce the size and weight of the resperator. Robotics or infrared guidance technology could be considered to remove the human out of the equation all together to keep them out of danger. Step 4; Idea or ideas – Fully automated lawn mower. No longer will the human have to expose them self to conditions that are a health hazard to their body just to accomplish a simple task. Now at your leasure you can turn on your automated mower which will mow the lawn for you.
The Essay on Alcohol Abuse Problems People Cause
Presentation by Yan Zhang and Yong Shen Alcohol abuse A friend of my friend was an alcoholic. One day, he was out of control after drinking and jumped from a six-story building. He is still alive but retarded because his head was damaged. It! s a real story. This is a painful experience, not only to him, but also to the people around him. Lots of people like drinking. For those who use it ...
Useing a combination of boundry scensors and infrared guidance, the mower will completely mow all the grass in your property useing the infrared scensros to detect and naviagte around objects in it’s path. Powered by solar energy, this mower does not put out the harmful fumes that previous mowers did nor does it require that the operator expose them self to high heat or exhaust.
