If you look closely in these areas what you see are piles of flowers on the side of the road. I bet their parents would give you the $1. 4 million to get their kids back.
It’s totally unacceptable. People have a right to live in a normal, peaceful suburb without having their streets turned into drag strips by disobedient, in-your-face vandalism and childish exhibitionists, male and female. This problem affects huge numbers of people all over the country. At public meetings, hundreds of residents turn up. They ” re fed up and want action. They feel unsettled in their own homes.
I’ve been concerned that the level of anger will produce vigilante attacks against many racers. We don’t want that because it could have tragic consequences. This is not going to happen in six weeks or three months It ” ll take at least a year in my opinion, minimum, before you see anything happen on the streets. Stupid is as Stupid does. Street Racing is only confirming what a good deal of the general public says about racers. If the street is closed off and it is an authorized race, GO FOR IT! We should be full of our own dreams.
