Abstract
The term Line of Control (LOC) known as Asia’s Berlin wall refers to the military control line between the Indian and Pakistani-controlled parts of the former princely state of Jammu and Kashmir—a line which, to this day, does not constitute a legally recognized international boundary but is the de facto border. Originally known as the “Cease-fire Line”, it was redesignated as the “Line of Control” following the Simla Agreement, which was signed on 3 July 1972. The part of the former princely state that is under Indian control is known as the State of Jammu and Kashmir. The two parts of the former princely state that are under Pakistani control are known as Gilgit–Baltistan andAzad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). India is repeatedly resorting to aggression at the Loc in which several Pakistani citizens, including soldiers, have been killed and injured as well as they violated Loc.
LOC- Line of Control between India and Pakistan
L
ine of Control has always been the bone of contention between India and Pakistan. Some call it a geographical necessity. Some call it a political blunder. The entire stretch of the Line of Control between the Indian held Kashmir and the areas of the state under Pakistan control known as Azad Kashmir is a soldier nightmare. The Loc in the Indian territory resembles thousands of Check Point Charlie at the Berlin Wall during the Cold War. The 800-km curved line does not follow any well defined geographical feature and often a house has its courtyard in India and other rooms in Pakistan. Kashmir has been a flashpoint between India and Pakistan for more than 50 years. Currently a boundary- the Line of Control – divided the region in two, with one part administrated by India and one by Pakistan. India would like to formalise this status quo and make it the accepted international boundary. But Pakistan and Kashmir activists reject this plan because they both want greator control over the region. In 1947-8 India and Pakistan fought their first war over Jammu and Kashmir. Under United Nations’ supervision, they agreed to a ceasefire along a line which left one-third of the state – comprising what Pakistan calls Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and the Northern Areas administered by Pakistan and two-thirds, Jammu, Ladakh and the Kashmir Valley, administered by India.

In 1972, under the terms of the Simla agreement, the ceasefire line was renamed the Line of Control. Although India claims that the entire state is part of India, it has been prepared to accept the Line of Control as the international border, with some possible modifications but Pakistan do not accepted that. In 1965 India and Pakistan fight a border war along the India-West Pakistan border and the Line of Control in Kashmir. In Muzaffarabad: Dozens of women from Neelum Valley gathered in front of District Headquarters Athmuqam on Tuesday to protest against the unprovoked firing of Indian Army on the Line of Control (Loc) .The protesters carried placards inscribed with slogans such as ‘we want peace’. The women protesters said the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) are proponents of peace and do not want war with our neighbors. They urged the global community to pressure India to halt its ceasefire violation on the LoC.

I think India is big enemy of Pakistan because on one hand India claim to have peaceful dialogue with Pakistan and on the other hand the firing incidents across the border and killing of Pakistan Army Jawans and kidnapping of Kashmiries does not prove that India is serious to have peaceful dialogue with Pakistan. It is a established fact that India is an enemy of Pakistan and cannot become friend and good neighbor in another two centuries. Bloody Indians at nakyaal sector again attacked with their artillery & heavy guns , 1 x jawan got Shahadat
