I chose this article because it is relevant to my field of study which is Business Administration and also other studies. It raises an issue with me because stress comes in many forms. I want to inform people on how to comprehend, manage, and respond positively to stress and apply it to their life and goals. I know stress can be positive and negative. Positive stress gives me that extra bust of adrenaline to help me accomplish my goals. I know when it is negative stress because I have a lack of concentration of the things I need to do. I also know that I’m in control of my life and the foundation of stress management. Stress management is an important skill that everyone needs in order to improve themselves as problem solvers and to be more in control of their lives.
Everyone suffers from stress on some level and no one is immune to it. I do not let stress stop me from achieving my wants in life. I also know that managing stress is all about taking charge of my thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way I deal with my problems. It is important that I learn how to reduce stress. For example, I can read a book, work on a hobby, exercise take a walk I think that this is the easiest and more effective means of reducing stress. I need to look for areas of agreement and disagreement and look for options to resolve the conflict in a win/win solution. Oh yeah and I also love to laugh believe me it also helps when trying to reduce stress. It is important to take care of problems that come up in life. Be prepared to make good decisions and think about the result action. With that being said be aware of the symptoms of stress, identify the source of stress, and choose a strategy to control stress.
