My memorable lesson.
I grew up in the countryside which is covered by many rivers, and the small river behind my house was the one i liked most. When i was twelve, my favourite habits were playing or even sleeping in the grass near the river to enjoy the wind, the sunshine and to listen to the flow of the water. At this age, my Mom still thought that i was too young to swim, so she didn’t allow me to learn swimming. It made me upset a lot. The summer when I was thirteen, I decided to learn how to swim by myself which was also the first memorable lesson in my life.
In the special way, I loved swimming because my childhood was connected closely with the rivers whenever i was happy or sad, it became the indispensable thing in my life. Of course, all the programs of teaching swimming or the swimming competitons on television I didn’t miss any of them. I could learned some skills, some quick exercises before swimming to warm-up such as taking deeply breath, stretching muscle. I learned all of them by heart, and i thought i just went to the river and carried it out. Oneday, my parents were going out for all day, so that time was the ideal moment for me to conduct my plan. I went to the storehouse to take my buoy that is given by my uncle. He knew that i really liked swimming and he was the only person who supported me to learn it, therefore in my birthday he gave me the buoy and hoped that it would help me to swim easier.
The weather of that day was so good, it made me felt more confident to start. At the begining, everything was OK, i did the exercises, prepared my mental, breathed deeply and finally got into the water. I felt very excited and satisfied, therefore i decided to swim father, but the flow of water was stronger and i couldn’t control myself that made me exhausted. I didn’t know what happened until my Mom told me that there was a helpful man helped me and took me to the hospital.
Everyone should learn how to swim. Swimming gives a wide range of benefits for people of all age groups. It can help prevent calamities from happening and is a great way to stay active. It is a simple and affordable way to keep busy year round and have a great deal of fun. Many people begin swimming as a child and become very passionate about the sport as they grow up, and some even swim ...
My parents were very worried about me, and that time i knew i did wrong thing. For me, my first lesson was the sad memory, but i could know my parents always wanted all the good things for me and they loved me very much. Today, when I’m 19 years old, i can swim and more special, i swim very well. But the first lesson of learning swimming is the one i can’t forget.
