He was killed by Knight and Miracle after he attempted To kill Angel.
After hearing this information Sam was outraged and was determined to kill Miracle if it was the last thing he did. Meanwhile his rage was destroying America. Miracle realized what was happening and knew that something had to be done or his people would be killed by Samuel’s rage. Miracle set out for the city of Shadow and Kigan was right behind him. Bellamy, Sam’s sister, knew that Miracle would come soon and kill Sam and she loved her brother dearly and asked him to not to fight Miracle over a girl but to rekindle their relationship as friends. Sam thought about his sister’s words and decided that he would not fight Miracle but rather be his friend again.
Miracle was the strongest, bravest, wittiest American of all, he loved America and wouldn’t let anything destroy it. Miracle loved his people more than he loved himself or Kigan. While Kigan and Miracle were on their way to the city of Shadow which was still under Sam’s command and that was to kill anyone who set foot into the city. Sam tried to tell his troops and people that his command had changed but before his word could spread it was to late, Miracle and Kigan were already there.

At the blink of an eye Miracle shot Sam straight threw his temple with an arrow of light that was made by Angel, his mother. By killing Sam, America was restored to its original state of peace, America really did have a savior and it was none other than Miracle. Shortly after killing Sam, Miracle died himself from all of his wounds he could now die in peace because his people and country were at ease and he could join his love Kigan in Heaven.
