I plan to continue studying at CPIT to complete the Diploma in Hospitality Management at the end of 2015. From this point I see my life heading towards a career in the food and beverage industry in New Zealand and around the world. My ultimate goal is for a career in hospitality management that will allow me to travel to Melbourne, New York, London and many other places around the world. It is my intention to work in a variety of establishments to gain experience and knowledge that will allow me at some time in the future to open my own establishment. Another goal of mine is to work in places with a very important/famous and regular client base that expect the best possible service, building great relationships with these customers that will be useful then and in the future.
I have a strong passion for bar and barista work, and love to learn about new cocktail recipes, together with tips and tricks for the perfect coffee. Once I have completed the diploma, the first step on my journey will be England, this will allow me to start my future development, and I would also be able to spend time with a large proportion of my family who live in different parts of England. I will look for a job in small classy cocktail bar and restaurant for the intimacy of the environment and the relationship you can build with costumers. I have a real passion for the Hospitality Industry, which I want to combine with my excellent work ethic, personality and knowledge to create the best possible reputation for myself within the industry and with customers. I thank you for your consideration of my application.
