First, my mothers appearance is drop- dead gorgeous. When she walks into a room you can see a glow around her that shines bright like a diamond. When she is in your presence you can tell that she is blessed and highly favored because her posture and attitude is confident. This 5’9 pure beauty always matches her clothing from head to toe. Also, when we go out of town she always has herself presentable and her makeup is always on point. Not only is her appearance organized but she has a rock kicking personality as well.
Second, my mother’s personality is very witty. She is intellectual in books, common sense, and even the everyday street life. When I’m down in the dumps she always know how to cheer me up. She can bring a smile to your face no matter how you feel. She is very kind hearted and will help anybody that is in need, even if it means giving them her last. One thing in particular about my mother is that she never bites her tongue for anybody. Even though somethings may come across harsh, she is always truthful and tells it like it is.
Finally, my mother’s cooking skills could put McDonalds out of business. Everything she cooks is home made and makes you want to go back for more. The delicious smelling aroma fills the entire house. She learned these amazing cooking skills from her mother, and I often watch or help her so I can carry on the legacy. My favorite thing for her to cook is her scrumptious home-made red velvet cake. It is obvious to see that she puts alot of passion and love into her cooking. I know at some point in time I would have to leave the warmth of my mother’s eart and test the waters, but it helps to know that she will still be there for me. My mother’s heart is as pure as gold and I imagine myself being like her each passing day. As the years go by it seems as if our relationship has strengthened because I know that she will not always be there, so, I try to cherish the moments that we have together. No matter what trials and tribulations that we face we know a mother’s bond is so much stronger and can overcome any situation.
