Format this column as a percent. Create a bar chart that shows the individuals name and the % goal reached. Save the worksheet as 2001 Sales. Print the worksheet. Create a general memo in Word to all the employees. Congratulate them on their achievements and import the chart from Excel into the memo. Save the memo as Empmemo.

Print the memo. In PowerPoint, create a presentation for the President of the company that outlines the sales for each quarter, the total sales for the 2001 compared to 2000, and a slide that introduces each of the employees who met their goal (increased by 12% or more).
In the slide that introduces the employees you must import the chart from Excel. The format of the presentation should include a title slide (with your name on it), table of contents, and at least two other slides. There should also be a shape or a clipart imported into the presentation. Apply an appropriate background template to the presentation. Save as 2001 Sales Pres.
Print the presentation as a handout (4 slides/page).
In Access, create a table with fields for employee number (have this generated by Access using the AutoNumber feature), first name, last name, 2000 sales, and 2001 sales. Designate the employee number as the primary key and format the fields appropriately. Save the table as EmpSales. Enter data into the table using the above information on the ten employees. Create a query that displays employee first name, last name, and 2001 sales sorted in descending order by sales.
Save the query as 2001EmpSales. Print the query.
