Her name is and she is my inspiration to write this true history. It was in September 20th when I got the call. The next day I had an interview. I was so happy but at the same time anxious. The next day I went to her office while I was driving to my interview I had many thoughts like how the interview will be? How many questions she will ask me? Etc. I was so scared. When I saw Ellen with her perfect smile I felt confident. There were two people in front of me then was my turn. She told me last but not least and she smiled.
I sat down in front of her desk and she started asking about my experience, skills and personality. After I answered all the questions, she told me I got the job. I was in shock and I thank her because the opportunity she had gave me. Ellen has an average height of five feet, 6 inches, weighs about 130 pounds and has a fit body type. She is white with tan skin. She has long and beautiful blonde hair, blue eyes, arched eyebrows, a small and perfect nose and full lips. Ellen has a piercing in her nose is like a shiny and small earing.
She speaks softly and quietly. Ellen wears very elegant clothes. She is always at the top of fashion with her high heels, Armani jeans, Burberry t-shirt, and of course Luis Vuitton purse. She loves it. My manager has a unique style with her personality make her look like an angel. The first quality that stands out about Ellen is her intelligence. At just 23 years old she is the store manager at Kohl’s in North Andover. When she became the manager, the store was death. It wasn’t even close to be one of the best stores in the zone.

After pushing so hard, working extra hours and making the employees to work more the store is now in the lead in credits, surveys and Emails. No doubts she really knows how to work. One thing that makes Ellen intelligent is that she knows how deal with employees and customers. She treats me very well and she is so respectful with me. When I started working as a cashier at kohl’s I remember one day I was so stress out, I did not want to open credits, (credits means kohl’s charge) and deal with customers.
Ellen knew that something was not right because I looked sad, so she came over me and she asked me what was going on, I responded her I had two credits. She told me that she was not talking about credits she was talking about me why I looked sad, she said to me the important here was me and then credits, emails and surveys. I was in shock she was the first manager who had asked me about my feelings and she hugged me. After that moment I started to be the happy person that I usually used to be. I opened punch of credits and she felt proud of me.
Another amazing thing about Ellen is the energies to keep working she is a fighter. There is not limit in Ellen’s life. She never stops improving the store. When she knows the stores in second place in the zone, my manager pushes me to keep working until the store is in first place. That’s one of the things that make her incredible. She never stops improving, working hard and taking care about her employees. I remember one day I called her by the phone she told me hello sweetie I had 16 credits I told her. She was very happy and then she said to me if I was able to get two more.
She made me keep working. Last not least quality of Ellen she is friendly. I have heard many times that people feel they are numbers in their jobs. I do not feel that way. I think my manager cares about me and my feelings. I think I am an important piece in my store. Ellen makes my life easy because is an easy job. She is so friendly. Sometimes when she is not busy, she makes me laugh trying to speak Spanish. We have a nice relationship she is my favorite in the store and I love her. Even though my English was not the best she gave me the opportunity to work at kohl’s as cashier.
