, while watching Star Trek Voyager on the television I heard the loud sound of rolling wheels and laughing in the hallway outside my apartment. I went to my living room window to see what was going on, only to find that three young males were moving into the apartment above mine. I could hear my new neighbors talking about their hard and boring classes at the University of Chattanooga. When all of a sudden the walls shook and the pictures on the wall fell to the floor shattering into hundreds of tiny jagged pieces. I ran out into the hallway of my apartment building to see what happened, only to find my new neighbors drunk and wrestling in the hall. My new neighbors were the most obnoxious I had ever met.
They cared only about drinking, partying and having a good time. Their loud music, marijuana odor, wild parties and trash in the lawn proved just how obnoxious they really could be. Over the next year, the three young college students would host many wild parties. During these parties, they would play extremely loud rap music that had bass, which would rattle the walls.

The strong odor of marijuana would fill the air in thick smog that never seemed to go away. The obnoxious college students would party until early dawn. Late one night I heard laughing and giggling outside. I went out to my porch and looked up to the balcony above, only to find several drunken college students partying on the porch. They were laughing, kissing, an sexually fondling each other.
I yelled up to them and asked if they could quiet down a little and one of the drunken girls lifted her top and showed her breasts to me. I remember many nights of hearing loud bangs that rattled the entire building. On one occasion, I went out into the hall to see what was happening and found several young college students jumping off of the inside second floor balcony and landing with a loud thump onto the floor. The young males were too drunk to notice that they were injuring themselves as was evident by the blood running from their foreheads. Then they would limp and crawl back up the stairs and jump off the balcony again. This night was just one of the many nights of jumping off the balcony that would happen over the next year.
Another problem with my neighbors was the disgusting and dangerous trash that they would throw off their balcony into the yard. Everyday I would walk out onto my porch and find beer cars, broken bottles and cigarette butts all over the yard. One day I walked out into my yard, only to find women s panties and used condoms lying there. I started to walk up the stairs to complain and noticed piles of gross and disgusting vomit all over the stairs. This was not the first time that vomit was in the walkways and it would not be the last. I knew from the first night that my new neighbors were obnoxious.
Over the next year, they proved this repeatedly by their wild parties, loud music and trash in the yard. The many wild and drunken adventures they held in that apartment proved one thing to me; my college student neighbors were indeed the most obnoxious neighbors I had ever met.
