Philosophy of Education Speaking about education we should say that each country has its own way of managing this process. It closely connects with a countrys religious concerns, its industrial and social development, its cultural potential, etc. Americans have always shown a great concern for education. American legend, Andrew Carnegie, noted nearly a century ago that lifes key to success is education. These priceless words were tested by time and they are equitable nowadays. And the main purpose of education is to provide positive, highly qualified resources that inspire and motivate Americans youth to reach success. With increasing standards and accountability in education, teachers quality and skills are more important than ever.
Modern educational system compels highly qualified, enthusiastic teachers. And how well students are prepared is the major critical component to be taken into consideration. If a person makes up his mind to choose teaching career it is necessary for him to understand that teaching is not an easy job. Certainly, teachers dont produce goods, they dont rule countries But a person who says that teaching is an easy job has never tried his hand in it. Being a good teacher takes time and energy. Besides, it is evident that not every person can be a good teacher. He or she should have a special gift for it. It does not mean to love children and possess good teaching technique.

To master teaching methods properly and to make good use of them one should not only know the theory of education, but also put all those methods into practice. Theory of education is also of great significance. Teachers should be aware of nonverbal behavior for increasing the level of knowledge and arousing an interest to the subject. What you say is very important. But how you say is the most important. So, one of the essential components of communication in the teaching process is nonverbal messages. They allow a person to become better receiver and sender of signals that reinforce learning and increase the degree of perceived psychological closeness between a teacher and a student.
Nowadays, with the development of new technologies and new methods education at home is becoming more popular. More children speak in favor of doing their classes at home. According to the public polls, it is because of the increasing violence in public schools in America. And it seems they are doing better academically. College admissions tests have indicated it. However, I strongly believe that nothing can be compared with communication between people.
It is not only a valuable source of getting and receiving information, but also a complex process of relationships between personalities. It has a lot of hidden sides which can be reproduced only by means of conducting a lesson at a class. All sides of your character open. And only this way can make the process of learning interesting and exciting. There is a main reason for this method. It is more important than simply giving knowledge.
Only through communication we can teach students to think, though the role of computers should not be diminished. As they say it is better to see once then to listen for many times. As to the problem of violence, probably, the best way out is to arouse the importance of primary and junior steps of education. May be it will do good if the United States create a national system of education and prepare good professionals specialized in teaching. Perhaps, it will be better to coordinate all efforts if there are common general principles concerning with education and conducting lessons. The second best solution to the problem is to test teachers more carefully and control their preparation and behavior during a lesson strictly. Modern teachers should increase their level of professionalism visiting some lessons of more experienced teachers, reading about up-to-date methods of teaching. They should be prepared that their work demands constant development of skills and technique.

And the best teacher is one who has taught his students to think and always tries to overcome difficulties, who can encourage them and support their desire to know more. Sometimes, it is the most important thing then the knowledge itself..
