This also provides me with all the information needed to be able to support the child to take part in any activity or educational needs. I would then be able to provide a suitable venue with the correct facilities and prepare all resources needed for the child’s learning to take place.

I would challenge discrimination in a way that promotes change by acknowledging the background of the child’s birth place, religion, and ethnic group and involve them in cultural activities. Welsh speaking back ground I would involve the child in the St’David’s day celebrations and cultural foods. I would challenge any discrimination by informing the direct line of management, ie: senior, line manager, of all and any discrimination I encounter.
