The topic I chose was fitness, or being in shape. I am very interested in this topic because my family is very into eating healthy, exercising regularly, and just living a healthy lifestyle. My mom has done one fitness competition, just to show us that it is possible to lose weight, even if you have a lot to lose, and you can do it at any age. It has really motivated me to stay in shape at a young age so that I will not have to worry about health problems in the future.
I want to learn everything there is to know about staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle. From how often you need to exercise, how often you need to eat, what exercises to do for certain areas of your body, what foods are healthy for you depending on what you are trying to do with your body, just the ins and outs of everything weight loss and being healthy. I want to prove that no matter what your genes are like, or how the rest of your family is, you always have a chance to stay fit, or even become fit in the future.
I want to also prove that no matter your age, or what you think of yourself, you can always raise your self-esteem by exercising and becoming the person you want to be. There is plenty of information online about this topic. I have picked a very broad topic that I hope to narrow down throughout more of my Friday papers.
