Around the age of schooling years, youths are facing a crucial period in their own respective lives that are very much complicated and very much challenging yet it is significantly important. In this period in one’s life, development in every aspect of living is crucially fast thus, one must strive to develop his or her own personality to meet the challenge of personality development and social responsibility. (Ashcraft, 2005, 17) Around this period, developing a program that is focused on protecting the crucial development of youngster in school age and at the same time promoting their own personal development is very much important because this period will generally affect the most of their own lives.(Ashcraft, 2005, 18)
Developing a program for such cause can also be at some point challenging and very much rewarding. To sufficiently meet the demands of the said cause, the planner must first solicit help and participation from different social institutions such as schools, church, government and the community itself. In achieving such visions, the concept of establishing a youth organization appears to be very much beneficial and appealing for the said programs. In addition, with the help of the community and other social institutions, such goals can be easily achieved because of the contributions and participations of the other concerned individuals.
Protecting and helping the personal and social development of the youths especially those in the school age is very much important for the cause of developing a strong and healthy society in the future. By promoting active living and social awareness, young individuals can actually learn and become responsible and moral citizens of the future society who will push further forward the progress of humanity.
